Bank On Memphis
Bank On Memphis
is a city-wide effort to serve the unbanked and under-banked population in Memphis by helping them to open no-cost or low-cost bank accounts and establish credit. Founding partners include:
RISE; the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Memphis Branch; the City of Memphis; and the Shelby County Trustee. Click here
to download the Bank On Memphis brochure in English. Click here
for the Spanish version.
As tax season activity increases, representatives from the Shelby County Trustee may visit local community centers and libraries to make payment services more convenient to taxpayers with mobile cashiering.
The Shelby County Trustee partners with other community organizations and mortgage lenders to address the foreclosure crisis in Shelby County with our Project H.O.M.E.
financial literacy workshops. Workshops are held periodically in conjunction with Bank On Memphis
and our other financial assistance programs. Representatives will be available to discuss personal spending plans
and payment arrangements. Financial education matters to the Memphis community! Go HERE
