The Shelby County Trustee is pleased to provide periodic reports on the Payments in Lieu of Taxes (PILOTs) contracts that have been approved by the various governing boards within Shelby County. The annual report contains detailed information for each contract and the monthly report contains summary information by taxing authority and by previous four tax years.
